Job responsibilities

1. Calculate and verify the project quantity in a timely and accurate manner based on the construction drawings；
2. Prepare the project's internal project volume budget according to the team contract project volume calculation method; cooperate with the project manager to sign an internal contract；
3. Responsible for the preparation and verification of project progress settlement, as well as the tracking of progress payment approval procedures；
4. Responsible for the bidding of project materials and the tracking of project visa work；
5. Responsible for the review of the internal intermediate settlement and completed settlement project volume of the project and the preparation of the fund approval form.

Other conditions

1. College degree or above in construction engineering, cost, budget and other related majors；
2. Have 1-3 years of experience in budgeting, bidding and settlement of tooling or home improvement projects；
3. Proficient in using office, CAD and other office and professional software；
4. Proficient in project cost management and cost control processes in related fields, and understand relevant regulations and policies；
5. Strong organizational and coordination skills, good communication and expression skills, and continuous learning ability.
