Job responsibilities

1. Familiar with construction drawings, participate in the preparation and implementation of construction organization design, construction plan, and drawing review；
2. Organize construction in strict accordance with national norms, manage the on-site construction team, and arrange the types of work rationally.；
3. Responsible for negotiating and resolving on-site issues raised by Party A；
4. Responsible for technical submission, measurement and release, technical quality and safety management；
5. Responsible for arranging and implementing the billing according to the total construction schedule；
6. Will use AutoCAD, level, GPS and other instruments.

Other conditions

1. College degree or above in civil engineering；
2. More than 2 years experience in construction site management；
3. Hard-working and hard-working, able to adapt to conventional construction site follow-up operations；
4. Holding a constructor or corresponding qualification certificate is preferred.
